    What's FGL?

I'd like a 2 or 3 ton dually, full double cab. 10/12' alum flatbed. Diesel. Toolbox underneath.

For all the hotshot runs I could put on it. Plus use it for vacations n riding around getting customers proud.

I wouldn't buy another ford. Sure like the nose on those new Chevys. Dodge looks cool; never saw another brand have a year old model get the spring hangers busting off n thru the bed floor tho.

Found a IH 5600 4x4 auto full double cab. C &C. Spring ride n geared real slow tho. Grey. I want to say the sales guy told me power company spec @$90k. Was cool Til I heard that.
    2012 leftover.
Too much potential bs to overlook

Love the look of my dodge until I had to buy parts for it. Now I hate it.

Thats pretty much how I am. My only vice is that it has to be an American domestic vehicle. Bought some used jap cars in the past. But never new.

Kind of irks me when I see guys in Tundra and Titan trucks with American Flag/sticker or banners on them. Thats as un-American as can be in my opinion. I saw one a few years back,.. had a bumper sticker that said "Keep American jobs in America". How patriotic,.. yet that sticker was on a Toyota. How American is that?

Younger generation is different than when I grew up. I dont think they understand what having pride in your country means. People say they arent sheep,.. yet as consumers people are herded around like sheep every day. They will buy what ever is on sale and never think twice about who made it or where it came from. What ever the flavor of the week is,.. or the trendy thing to have.

    Meh,.. sorry,. rant over.

I swear you've posted this rant on "American made products only or you're unAmerican!" multiple times.

Toyota is about as much of an American vehicle as any of the big three are, they build the Tundra is Texas, and a lot of the suv's are built in Indiana.

I had a 2014 Tundra that I traded in on my Silverado, IMO the Tundra was an excellent pickup for a 1/2 ton. Had I not decided to get a 3/4 ton I would still have the Toyota.

Titan and Tundra were sold at a 20% loss for the first 3 years just to gain market share,.. market share that should belong and stay with the big 3. Color it any color you want,.. but Toyota and Nissan will never be an American vehicle. They are built here to get around tariffs so they can sell more. No other reason,.. its not cheaper to make here.

Every Titan or Tundra sold is a Ford, Chevy or Dodge that isnt. The profits dont stay here,.. the money from the parts supply chain dont stay here. Not only that,.. Nissan and Toyota arent releasing the rights for many aftermarket companies to make parts for their vehicles so people are forced to buy price jacked parts from the factory.

Un-American as can be in my opinion.

We are giving this country away piece by piece. I carry away machinery from closed up mills and factories all the time. Think of all the jobs that were once there.

Consumer Reports did a story a few years ago on the most American vehicles. They took the percentage of parts sourced from America and labor performed in America. The most American vehicle turned out to be the Toyota Camry.

Labor doesnt make a vehicle American,.. they never went into detail on where many of the parts like the blocks are forged, structural steel and aluminum comes from. They are assembled here by Americans,.. Henry Ford would be turning over in his grave.

This is the stance many Americans take. I honestly can not agree. If they moved their headquarters here and banked here,.. then I would agree.
