    you have to go PAST where you want to turn left at THEN make a U-turn in the middle and go back to turn RIGHT where you needed to!!
    you got that right driver!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    i know there many places like that in MD and VA, more VA but both have those

    NJ i think is worse, no left turns , you have to turn right and loop around to a light then straight arcoss the intersection
