I think you've answered your own question already by the looks you mentioned by saying Mr Jefferson on the Radio offended some so sometimes having a perfect driving record means diddly squat if you have offended some big wig at the company personally i think their a big bunch of sissy's getting upset over you saying Mr Jefferson perhaps there is more to this story then your letting on.Last edited: Oct 21, 2015

MBI is a joke. Their dispatchers will easily waste 4 hours of your day, and they have millions of reasons to fire you or not pay you. No, I wasn't fired by them. The dork I worked for pulled for them. He didn't fire me either
Highway Hypnosis Thanks this. -
I think there is more going on behind the scene than I know about... it is slow and the company would like to get rid of the high-percentage drivers and bring in some newbies at a lower rate... but that is speculation.... because even at 26% I still made more money for the company than a newbie at 18 or 19%

My employer (Enterprise) is hiring crude oil drivers in Watford City, which is not too far from Williston.

@ RockinChair
Do they pay hourly or percentage? -
They pay hourly, but they are selling the Rock Mountain Division. Could happen any day between now and the end of the year. No info on who, if they are keeping the company drivers or going all contractors.rabbiporkchop Thanks this.

MBI is going to all per bbl pay. They started about 3 weeks ago and are converting all current and new crude drivers to per bbl. Ross, Watford City and Belfield. A couple of guys I know there are doing OK running nights but they are in LACT trucks. They can pull more loads per shift than the non-LACT trucks.
