But as long as they have dipschitts like me who will pull 'em, they'll keep posting them.
Honestly, I only go there every couple of months or so and I usually have a reason (outside of money) for going there. And usually that reason is about going home........I live in south GA and there ain't much in or out, but there's a bunch thru. So, book a load out of Atlanta that picks up on Friday and delivers on Monday, and I get to go thru the house without much deadhead. Otherwise, I gotta suck up about 85 miles of deadhead, and that hurts my feelings

I get it's about all miles.
Sometimes I see loads from the Atlanta area or SC paying $3 to Florida. So in cases like that it really might be worth it. Don't see that often though.
Florida is a looong state though, I'm currently by Ft. Lauderdale. Think Jacksonville is bad?
There's ZERO loads within 150 miles of here through Wednesday. Closest thing is one load in Orlando going to NC paying all of $0.75
    Now that's Florida for you.

if you're going to run to Florida your best not going south of the i-10 corridor that way you're still close enough to the decent freight area is coming out of Florida because it's only a hop..

yup the further south you go the more difficult it is to get out.
Schneider doesn't even hire ICs based out of most of Florida I think.
If that doesn't tell you something lol

Give it a minute.......don't know when you'll be mty, but there's always loads of Coke coming out of Orlando going north for about $.85.......

Hey guys thanks for your info about Florida. I think that your program is the best out there, and I have being following the schneider threads for months. I live in Florida and you all right they do not hire anyone unless you live north of I-10; but the info on this forum is very good to make a good choice.

I love that load to NC, it's like 2000lbs. D/H on both ends. And my fuel cost is 32 cpm.
