That is a rugged beast isn't it?

Can't blame the goobers for everything. I personally think the sissification movement has more to do with it. It's why I said what I said to Valkyrie. If you or I call someone a sidewalk sissy, they will think, "Oh, he's a big dumb brute." If a young pretty girl tells a guy that flatbedding is too rough for him, perhaps he will realize that being wimpy actually is a bad thing.

You hear these guys complain whenever there's one of those 'good ol days' threads. But then again, they complain about everything. Complain about their truck, their company, their pay, their life,...etc. I always bring up my time in northern Canada. I have the microwave, and the crock pot, and ate out of the truck, etc...same as they brag about doing. I didn't do it because I wanted to be anti social or a Beancounter and save money, I did it because there weren't any restaurants near some of those places. When I made it to a full service truckstop, I took advantage of it, went inside and ate hot food with a fork. No one was complaining up there, yet everyone complains down here! Ate at Wateringhole yesterday afternoon. had 2 dinners, 4 beers, 2 shot of Patron for under $25. How's that for mom and pop?

They talk about the most comfortable truck. I want a truck that will take me to hell and back. How can you be comfortable going into some of these job sites in a rig that's in the shop every other week? One of my guys was in northern AB when his def fluid froze. Food chain!

It's the zombie apocalypse. It started in America. It affects the brain, convinces people that cajones are evil, and spines are the devil. Listen up you Braindead masses...you're never taking my cajones! Cut them off, I will grow another pair!

Anyway, I'm done ranting. Ozzie, I love a manly looking rig, and that cabover is definitely manly.

We had a couple of Aussies working the wheat harvest run with us 15 or so years ago. Good people. They tried getting 2 of us to go back with them. Said they could get us hired on a Aussie harvest crew.
    I still regret not going.
I don't think I could handle driving on the wrong side of the road. :)
The boss had a crew pickup that those guys fell in love with. 80? Pumpkin orange Chevy 4 door long box dually. Strait piped 454.
Them two always had to drive it home for the night. They did pretty good adapting to our way of driving.
    Until.........................
They got on a divided highway with stop lights and turning lanes then they where screwed.
The other 5-6 of us would get would get woke up to honking and someone else screaming when they got in the wrong turn lane going the opposite way.
Those 2 guys could walk into any bar or restaurant, say 2 words and have the hottest chicks in the place all over them. Never seen anything like it.
