I forgot about that #### permit! I thought it was $15, but when I called the Lewiston POE they said $43. Wouldn't pay off to shave 20 miles off this load, but it is good for 365 days so I'll probably use it again sometime.

Plus it might be worth it just to make Joe's eye tick when I drive 55 in front of him
