I hate Peoplenet, where are you parked and recipes thread

Hey... this is AMAZING... but no one parked in the middle of that big Pilot parking lot last night... All that empty space in the middle between those two rows of trucks remained empty all night long... I thought that was "unusual"...
One note, to my dismay, that GA welcome center eastbound is closed... and that's a a big rest area...

 

It's been closed a couple months now. They closed the big one coming into ga from sc on 85 too about the same time.

 

Ohh... don't get me started on that... FOOD!!! After you try food in Brasil... you will miss it DEARLY when you're back in the US... Not only the taste, but also the variety, the quality, the price.... everything...
But I was referring to the vices... Rio is a mecca for vices...

 

That's a dirty shame...

 

Hey... BTW... have you tried to mix fruits with salads like those? Like small pieces of apple, or mango, or orange... I tried... and it makes a tasteful combination.. Nuts also go well mixed with salads... or raisins...

 

Rocks- just remember, we drivers can get an expansive variety of cheap, tasty, high-quality food at the Golden Arches supper club. Kidding!!!!!!!

 

Speaking of. I finally decided to stop off at Brown's here in Benton Ar after passing in a bazillion times. Nothing special.

 

A lot of parking spots gone for sure. I used to use them both. the one on 95 at the sc line is being ripped apart and being rebuilt but half the truck parking is gone with portable toilets in their place......and there wasn't much parking there to start with.

 

Anyone remember the "Slap Chop" infomercial with that Vince character?

So after 25 minutes of trying to back his truck in (telling me he didn't need my help), Mr Owner Operator at JCT pulls his doors open to this next to me in Kent, WA. Cheers.
