You rebooted computer?
Does the computer act in the same manner if you try a different device, say your phone or mp3 player or what not?
If it acts the same with other devices, you've probably got corrupt or missing windows files. In which case you'll need to do a wipe and reload. Depending on your operating system. Windows 8 and 10 have the capabilities of repair but i haven't used yet to know how effective that might be.
If it's just the rand tablet. Maybe try reinstalling drivers for the tablet. OR pm Mark Kling, he's their tech support.
one other thing to also look at, would be your memory and how many icons you've got sitting next to the clock in the lower right hand corner. Your computer might be trying to do more then it has the memory for. Google instructions for MSCONFIG. And shut down all your icons not used next to the clock.
the only thing i have in my clock is antivirus and whatever drivers or what not are needed for any specific computer i have. like my bluetooth icon and one drive icon. -
Tried rebooting and tried it on my wife's computer. It just hangs. Even made sure there was nothing open on the tablet. Thanks for telling me about Mark. Will PM him.
