    A company driver told me today that he went to pick up an empty at the trailer repair shop where GP in Crosset, AR sends the rejected trailers and the repair shop said they aren't releasing empties because Schneider hasn't paid its bills.

    I read on another thread here the load board sucks and freight disappears in 2 seconds......... maybe if so many drivers weren't encouraged to come aboard then the loads would last longer.

    If the trucking industry as a whole hadn't tanked there'd be more loads.
    stats and news articles across are board are all negative.

    I do agree Schneider should stop hiring until things pick up.

    I just looked 7419 loads on the board about the same as there always is.

    Problem is they're all cheaper than they used to be.

    There's plenty of loads they're just cheaper.
