If I remember my "History of state names for idiots" book correctly,it means 'Big azzed wind swept corn field where you have to go past the curvature of the earth to keep from being seen when you take a leak" in the Sioux tongue...hmmmm...Or maybe that was Nebraska....I always get those two confused in the Sioux language.:biggrin_25525:

    Yep....

You know everyone and they know you. First name basis with most of the police. Personal friends with many of the firemen in the various towns. Even know the sheriff.

Pays off when the wife uses the wrong pedal too much..

I like living like that too.....I can't understand how (although I'm thankful that they do)somebody can be happy in a big city. They can have my part of it.

As I drive toward, through and out of any big city, I always think, they could never pay me enough to deal with this stuff every day.

I always think of home and the peace and quiet that I have.
