Im sure you are right about the loads vs pay. But I have no problem living in Denver with my adult kids in Appleton WI bringing home 2300.00 a week and if I work 7 its close to 3500.00 and I have tried a few different lanes etc..I am now taking back to the midwest till April and just fly home (Denver)...as we speak I am on a load to Denver which is getting 7 to 15 inches of snow....IC is still the best deal out there...

Glad to see you're doing well and appear happy.
Didn't mean to come across as negative Nancy lol, just a little frustrated that money isn't as flowing as it use it at least from my view. However I'm still doing good and am happy.
I do agree with you and I certainly don't plan on going anywhere else.
Where else can someone go work while working with... picking own loads that are point/click, lots drop and hook customer freight, no dealing with brokers, a lot with open window appointments.. having OCs and drop lots everywhere, working with thousands of loads available etc etc. Nowhere.

    wow, thank for sharing.
I'm surprised Schneider was that opened and honest in class but that's a good thing though.
It's true man! Things aren't looking good from everything I've been seeing/reading.

    Okay forget all that into...
Still have many drivers here saying there's been less loads and lowers rates overall.
Some new guy just basically said Schneider is holding back on hiring and Schneider said 2016 outlook is not good.
    Just keeping it real man.
