    If this is dumb I'm super sorry in advance but can you have like pepper spray in the truck and stuff ready to go. I'd like to have a few you know different ways to ensure my own safety out there on my own.

    Just get a can of bear spray. It's pepper spray in a fire extinguisher, essentially.
