Just wanted to say that I should have snipped the post I quoted, I was only agreeing to the first part about the pissing contest, not the part about the mods, just wanted to clarify that. My apologies that it came across wrong.

I did. Thanks for rehashing it though. And when I said, "I know what to do", it was referring to what I was asked to do the next time. Now dropping it for the second time, unless you see a round three for this foolishness.

Well I guess the e-log fight thread vanished before I could read it&get a good chuckle it two......and while how I feel personally bout it is irrelevant.....what I can't understand is all the fighting bout it....the move to some sort of black box tracking has been in the worx for quite some time....and implementation at some point was inevitable.....so I guess in my tiny mind all the fussin bout it makes about as much sense as arguin about water bein wet.......but whadda I know?
On a more sane note....ive been lookin at this ck engine light question that's been poppin up&while it is definitely something NOT to be ignored......the one thing ALL the electronic engines have in common....is a shutdown circuit....if a ck lite is a Major fault code...ie: coolant...oil...in a very short amount of time(usually jus enough to get off the road)The puter is gonna shut engine down so hopefully it doesn't grenade itself......

 

Just like normal, eh ? ..... in your favor, it seems a whole buncha us do that ....
