Hmmmm... hard enough to teach 'em to drive when they can't speak English... hate to try to explain how to cook in a microwave.

As I wonder why new drivers can't drive...new restaurants wonder why ex-drivers can cook.

 

Here's a head scratcher for y'all. When my turbo actuator was screwed up and locked in place, essentially turning my VGT into a regular snail, I was getting better fuel mileage than I am after they replaced it with a new 'properly functioning' unit.

Things that make you go 'hmmm'

 

I just glanced at the odometer... looks like I'll pass 2/3rds of a million today...

when it was fubarred it was limiting the fuel flow rate... you can do the same thing by holding the pedal in one place, losing speed up hills, but keeping the consumption down... I figured I save about $3/hr on fuel costs when I do that, but I really hate capping hills at 40 with 5k in the box.

 

Take a picture and send it to state police. If he did that, chances are good he's guilty of something far worse.
