OK, before we split hairs. My problem would be with someone driving Uber all night (or day) then trying to put a full shift of driving a truck in. Trying to stay up for 24-48 hours is just begging for an incident. Now a guy/gal that has a few days of and uses a day or two of that to drive people around is fine. But jumping from one to the other? Not so fine.
BTW I do log the 15 minutes it takes to drop my truck off at a shop as on duty. I rarely even come close to using my 70 so I have no reason to fudge my logs.
