I had a crew member from NC on the boat once when we pulled into Portsmouth NH. We were cooking up lobsters out on the deck

Only problem is they're out of season now, so we have to take what we can get when we can get it.
Besides, there is nothing that can't be made to taste better with a little Old Bay, especially anything made from taters.
