Well I think its cool.

 

Heh, this job was supposed to be local, but here I am back on the road again. Tomorrow I gotta be in Skokie, (I should ask for hazard pay, seriously I always seem to end up where there's protesting/rioting!)

Got as far as 11 hours could stretch me, good thing the speed limit in PA&OH is 70 so my logs are "theoretically legal". Heh heh heh.

I could have just made up a log for Sunday that covered from the company yard to the nearest T/A, about 90 minutes. Then I'd have enough hours to make IL, but why risk spending the night in Gary?

So I made it to Porter, IN. Now I just need to figure the stupid time shift as my phone automatically changes time zones, but my log stays EC.

I've gotta hang in Chicago for 2 days because my backhaul needs a full day to load. On the plus side I can bobtail all day. I think I'll see the new Bond flick or The 33 if I can find a theater showing it.

 

Yup and had to run a day load, wasn't too bad. Still didn't mean I had to like it tho !!!!
