Well Sir that is a start. Hopefully you will just stop making excuses and take the blame. Life will get easier then and you can move on.

I remember how my GPS took me once thru a cemetery and was telling me to turn on cemetery streets, I would probably make the national news if I followed it to the end

Regardless of your intentions your post title was poorly thought out. Discharged with cause. Tell the recruiter you got stabbed in the back Shows a lack of maturity and common sense that, quite frankly, should give future employers pause.. You got lit up here and deservedly so.

Hunny this is a dot regulated business. There is no such thing. Accidents and incidents are fair reporting. I used to run a trucking office. It will be reported

Not so when it comes to DOT regulated businesses. Also included is drug records and accident records. Source: ran a trucking office and handled hiring and references

    Not sure you can.

The best thing is to be up front with potential employers. Tell them what happened, where you went wrong and what you learned from it. Don't try to pass the blame.

You screwed up in the worst way. Everyone screws up, everyone gets into bad situations. It's how you get out of it that matters. Don't know if you panicked and got in a rush but considering you needed a tow you took a minor issue and turned it into a bigger one. That get's a lot of people into trouble.

Learn from it and move on.
