I hate Peoplenet, where are you parked and recipes thread

Where do I begin. It ain't the heat, it's the flavor. Maybe the heat is a Texas thing. I'm from Not California (AZ). The jefes de las cocinas around here in the SE wouldn't know what a green chili is if they fell in a pepper patch and chipped a tooth on one. Or that enchilada sauce can be prepared without a can opener. Or that tortilla chips can be made without tearing a bag open. There is a chain in metro ATL called Frontera Grill. About as close as I have found without buying a plane ticket to Phoenix. There was another little mom and pop place in Savannah years ago, run by a couple originally from NM. Pork tamales to die for. They usually ran out during lunch service. That was 30 yrs ago, so probably long gone.

 

New Mexicans want heat. Thats why we laugh at the silly green chili Whataburger. Haha, our green chili Blake's Lotaburger schools Whataburger all day long.

Ain't no way I'm goin back bout 20 pages so ifn I missed sumthin so be it.....today went well right until it didn't....and whilst the brain trust had a battle Royale betwinxt themselves and a customer&their customer.....I proceeded to dump his #### at the old cold storage by the mkt in the dome...they got plenty of trux they can pick it up with.....so shoulda been over right....well now shipper so po'd at his customer he wants us to pick it back up&drop it in Dallas...cuz he says he won't sell to those ###wipes anymore......so the Thot plickens....either way I r hidin in the valley....havin a prayer mtg w/Dr Beam.....who claims to have my best interest at heart....but don't fret none I got my eye on em he's a sneaky feller ya know...
