Philly drop 1st thing this morning.
Construction site, annnd I didn't bring a skull bucket. Oops.
I'm banned to my bunk until they're done with me. Lol not a problem. It's weird though, some people are working in a trench next to the truck, it sounds like they're drilling holes into my drive wheels. The sound is coming from under the truck.
Now if only I could get the WiFi signal to be stable I'd be set for the day!
He he I love the easy days.Last edited: Dec 4, 2015

I dunno, as much as women say they want a sensitive guy, too many of them still line up to hook up with jerks.
If you look like Chris Christie, you'd better be a sweetheart. If you look like Chris Hemsworth, you can club the 10 over the head and have a pair of 9's help you carry her back to your cave.
Heck, look at this guy in San Bernardino. Who here has a wife that would help you shoot up an office?sshewins, horsecrazychic22, chopper103in and 4 others Thank this. -
Too cool for my stool

But I digress......I won't go political with it.
The distinct difference is that there is a very distinct difference between knowing how to be the servant leader and the man of the house and living by that philosophy and just being a jerk lol
I think so many that disappoint themselves going after that 'sensitive' guy just get tired of having to be both the woman and the man of the house then end up going to the other extreme, which there is no shortage of.horsecrazychic22, chopper103in, Al. Roper and 4 others Thank this. -

I got that from my father who drove some years ago in a straight truck. When I first started, he reminded me that Diesel engines on cold days need a little warming up. Give it about 5 to 10 minutes, and then you can roll. If you can't wait that long, at least wait until the temperature gauge begins to rise.
He never did say how cold, so between that and a few posts I've seen on here, I just assumed that any time it got close to freezing then you should allow it to warm up some.horsecrazychic22, Rock 'n Roll Relocater, TLG87 and 2 others Thank this. -
I keep forgetting to park facing west when I park here.
Between the oversize pics of cranky's face and the blazing fireball in my face when I opened the curtain I'm wide awake now.horsecrazychic22, TruckDuo, chopper103in and 6 others Thank this. -

if
but the time was then
I built a fire more then once under a dozer to thin out the oil enough to turn over
I have seen a guy connect welding leads to an engine
"to warm a block".............I don't recommend this on these new engines
cold is a relative thing too
in Nova Scotia the crew building my boat wanted to take ti,e off until the heatwave broke. Never got above 75F that week
but if freezing is as cold as you get your probably worrying about gelling fuel needlesslyhorsecrazychic22, chopper103in, Al. Roper and 3 others Thank this.
