Alright so I have an interesting question regarding foul weather/driving conditions and idiots...

As most of us know, there are a few folks who refuse to drive with headlights on even if it's an absolute deluge.

Had one yesterday that #### near would've gotten insurance money if I hadn't really looked hard in my mirrors and paid attention to that gut feeling...

Idiot was running alongside me, right on my tandems... It's still dark outside. He's got no headlights on.

I needed to merge over into that lane, I suspect the only reason I spotted his black toy car was the guy a ways back had his brights on...

My assumption is I would've paid for his stupidity... I think he was out for an insurance payout anyways. He rode beside me like that for a good half mile and then sped off...

So it's a two part question... One, it would've been considered my fault right?

Two, why in the hell do people do stupid #### like that? Dont they realize that payout, regardless of how big, is NOT worth the pain and suffering they will have to go through?

 

Or, driving for Prime.
