Yeah I'm part of this ''pilot'' program.
Let's you insert between loads and when they cancel a load..this is where it shines..
Feedback has been good so it will probably make it to the load board.
It will create a whole new batch of problems though..which they ARE aware of.

Yes, CS does make up their own appt's. Had a load with delivery date and time. CONFIRMED. Got there and the lady starts beaching me out that Schneider was told to make an appt. She took my load but the second load she turned away. Poor guy.

Over Thanksgiving weekend, W/A says drop on Saturday. This place is never open on Saturday so why would it be open on a holiday weekend?? Called in to double check and was told that I could drop. Nope, no one there until Monday.

Waited on hold for 42 minutes today before operations finally answered.
I wonder if company drivers here get as little support as ICs do. I mean these holds times haven't gotten any better. I almost was about to take off with my load that was supposedly high value/high service load.
I was real close to just doing it, I've done it before and really got beached out through multiple messages after. It's sad it's getting to the point where I will have to trip plan my 3 way calls with Schneider.

Could be wrong but I'd guess by the time Schneider gets around to those online between load requests they'll be long gone.
What they should do is enable to system for us drivers to just easily add filler/between loads ourselves without having to go through a middle man BUT that makes too much sense lol.

You don't have to wait until you pick up load for 3 way call.,you can call in after you book it especially during the week for weekend pick up.

I did that once early on, it was like 2 days ahead of pick up and was told I had to call back closer to pick up to give the verbal confirmation I'll be on time.
Maybe things have changed either way I guess it's worth a shot.

Never did the 3 way call thing. Just executed load as normal. Never got slapped on the wrist.

wow, people are luckier than me I guess.
Schneider even sends me messages the day of pick up telling to not to pick up load before doing a 3 way call. Today I planned on calling right after I completed current load. Minutes after I hit "arrived" I got a message from some lady telling me to call in.
