unfortunatly conventional designed trucks are designed for.... six in line.
We tried to fit MB OM502 engine (V8) in columbia, but.... we had to cut bonnet.
But it fits KRAZ well!!!!
People say V8 engines fit old Mack trucks too.
But usually not KW.

It look like this engine has head on each cylinder.
This is very old technology, because camshaft is in to the cylinder block, not in to the head, like modern engines. -
