Where are you headed? Own authority or something more like Landstar or Schneider Choice?

Anyone ever been to Childers Meat Company in Eugene, OR? On google maps, it looks like someones house.

Time to vent cuz this thoroughly pissed me off.
A huge THANK YOU to the driver that dropped trailer 6263 at WCC in Colton, CA last week. Went to pick up that trailer last Friday and there was no fuel cap on the reefer tank. Instead there was a diesel soaked rag shoved into the hole. Thanks for turning that trailer into a potential molentov ####tail.
If this is the caliber of performance that you're going to perform here, then do me and every other driver here a huge favor: turn in your truck and terminate your contract because I frankly do not wish to work along side such an inconsiderate, irresponsible and unprofessional driver. Take your bad work ethics elsewhere my friend. A quick stop at any truck stop could have solved this issue since you are responsible for ensuring that when you drop a trailer, it is in good, legal working condition.
    Ok, I'm done. Lol

While that sucks; maybe, just maybe, the fuel and cap was stolen after it was dropped. Why be so quick to assume it was the previous driver.

Because there was a rag in the hole. If it was stolen, there wouldn't have been anything there. A tank that has 1/2 tank of fuel wouldn't soak a rag to that extent. It would be moist. The rag was drenched from from sloshing fuel from going down the road.
