Im not offended. Just saying lt like it is. lets face it, your the only one acting as if he did it on purpose. "Hitting curb after curb" "treating equip like that". He was complaining about his in abilility to miss curbs while trying not to. So "iggy me if that offeneds you but yea, your post is acusatory for no reason.

 

Don't read them then problem solved.I'm not looking for an argument.you're going to hear this type of thing from your company believe me.I'm simply speaking the truth better to hear it from a member and try and better the situation then let things continuously happen.ever hear of tough love?I don't say things to be mean I really do try and help the people because I've been there.

 

But its not tough love, its tough talk. He said he figured it out, wont happen anymore, he was just posting a funny live and learn story, not trying to exscuse his behavior. Yeah pass on knowlage but you went on about drivers "looking for exscuses" he wasnt, "treating equip like that" he wasnt trying to. So your not passing on knowlage, your passing judgment. I know you have alot of real world exp, to pass on. Read plenty of your posts. Tell him to be carefull, sure even say he shoulda took a long look at the trailler after the first curb.
