Take everything that Bob the Broker says with a grain of salt.
He's a broker....In my tenure I have never met an honest,truthful Broker.

The only difference in this case is Bob seems to deliberately make false accusations towrds your company...

So explain to me as to why out of all of the trucking companies, I picked this one? The facts are simple. The load was very late. There was an issue of product damage that was finally resolved after numerous phone calls, emails and faxes. It WAS like pulling teeth to get a straight answer from this company and they did get paid on the load. Won't ever load Vero Logistics again. This company was put on my do not load list due to service failure. If you are so worried about one brokered load that happened some time ago with a small broker and you throw a fit . It is obvious your company has a lot of problems with service failures.

 

Says the broke carrier who hates brokers... LOL!!!!

 

Got part of it right Bob .........I offered many an owner-operator premium advice on how to put 6 figures in their bank account in a short period of time..Matter of fact,As current as Yesterday...

its one thing for me and you to go round n round scrapping about freight........

But in all seriousness.. If you truly didn't have relations with Vero Logistics,(and I dont really care either way)..It's not Cool posting Allegations about them like that.

 

Its true I did load them. That issue was forgotten until I just happened to stumble across this topic the other day.

Now which topic will you be following me next to?

 

This thread was started to ask drivers who work or have worked for us about our company. This broker made allegations and refuses to back them up which is fine, he can go on with his day.

But we would like to make a point as to the comment about "one brokered load...with a small broker" ( and by the way at first he said two) as a company we don't care how big or small a customer is.
Whether you are a billion dollar company or a one man show, we strive to do our best. Every customer is treated as our best customer. If we have a service failure we will do our best to make it right. As anyone knows that follows us on Facebook, we are straight forward.
