collecting money from a company

    Does anyone have any information about how I can go about collecting money from a company that I deleted from I'm still owed $3500 from her and now she won't answer any of my phone calls or text messages

    We are sueing a woman for not paying my husband for loads from Dallas to Wisconsin, and 3 other states. Also the lawyer filed against her with OSHA. Good luck!

    All brokers will have a surety bond,unless they are a produce broker or for exempt commodites.
    There are several threads I believe posted under the bad brokers thread.
    You file all the paperwork with the bond holder. Make sure you have all your copies of a clean delivery etc.
    Then after you file, they will review the claim and then if valid should pay out.
    The only problem you might run into is, if others have filed against them and the bond limit is reached, your'e kinda screwed.
    Then you have to file in court...

    Or do like I used to do before I mellowed. Walk in her office and stare her down and say I'm here to get my money or the equivalent in colateral. Worked for me every time.
