We have a new Team Couple joining our Ranks... They just started Orientation yesterday and since I was on the Yard over the weekend, I was Blessed to be able to have dinner with them on Sunday night.

If you have a moment in the next day or two, please welcome @Barbee's Girl (and him too... I guess... LOL) to the fold and wish them luck over their next few months of training separately.

Ok... Ok... Ok... I am just NOT intended to drive this week!!!

Started with putting my 1313 in the shop and it's currently OOS and Red Tagged too. So I got 1215 as a loaner for a couple days.

Last night I was entertained multiple times with a rather interesting light show as the exterior lights started to flash, then the gauges inside would flash and dials began to bounce around... and of course buzzers buzzing too.

I swear if the radio began to self tune to a few stations I was going to start looking for the alien high beam coming to abduct me for random genetic testing... Or something... lol

Tonight the light show be gain again but then it was followed with a Total Loss of Power.... Coasted to the side of the road and got it stopped and then limped it to Wytheville and shut it down.

The light show was rather entertaining in a "Demon Possesion" kind of way.... But tonight's total loss of power at 68mph.... Ya, I ain't playing that game....

Well hopefully you'll get your assigned truck back soon. Actually I don't see too many 13s...or I'm not paying attention. Maybe you'll get a brand new truck or a newer one soon. I finished my reset out here in Oregon. Still no orders yet. I'm sure I'll get something I'm the morning. Do you know anything about those containers we're pulling now?

 

I am missing my Volvo and having everything with me... I just grabbed a bug out bag an hopped into this truck but now I'm fairly sure it's turning into more than a couple days.

I see a lot of 13s and I don't mind driving one... Just enjoying the ride for now.

Containers? Nope, clueless here. Sorry.
Where are you picking those up?

I saw an Abilene pulling a container this week across I81 in Va.
