Thank you,my screen is so small hard to see anything.I tried looking it up with failure because certain pages I can't enlarge the screen so I can read it.

To me, this statement means any time the driver is on duty, not while he is on the way to the beach or home watching t.v. Only when he is "on duty"

I didn't find the law but I did read an article saying if the company has reason to believe the driver is under the influence or suspicion if you will.they can call him in for a drug test while off duty otherwise they cannot.

One company gave me a random more then any other driver.reason I think they did is because they knew I would pass.judging from how the other drivers looked and acted it didn't take no rocket scientist to figure out why I was most or always the chosen one.
