2 million miles teaming. Hope I qualify.
Listen Pete, not everyone uses hireright. Smaller carriers usually don't. Ask a few buddies. Look local. The job is out there if you turn enough stones.
I'm glad you admit to the trouble you had... thing is: this next chance is probably gonna be it. If you have many more incidents... you're going to be out a career. Don't get distracted by company stupid and be the professional you set out to be.
A wise man once told me: you can't control ehat anyone else does but you.
Peace and good luck

Is that a run on sentence or is that a run on sentence?

It does not matter if they are reportable to the authorities or not, you cost them money. Maybe they did not fix or pay for the damage but filling out all the paperwork takes time and time costs them money.
As for your stuff, hey that report about the cab damage is wrong. Yeah you did it but not in that town. Just like a ticket, if they put the wrong information on there you can get it dropped. Does not matter that you were speeding but if they put down Tacoma and you were actually in Lakewood there is no possible way he clocked you in Tacoma. -

Sneakerfix Thanks this.

Schneider sounds like a pos company. Man, every driver on the road has driven onto grass or bumped their truck or trailer on something. It's like the guys that come on here and say they got fired for pissing at a shipper... Uhh..when you gotta go, you gotta go. We're here to meet deadlines, not pull into truck stops and park all nice and neat and pickup a bite to eat before we get back out. We do make mistakes. Schneider trucks are ugly, slow, and their drivers stink.

You supertruckers lack reading comprehension - the op said it's not just DAC/Hireright as the problem - Schneider also trashes his rep during background checks.
No wonder trucking has become such a #### job, supertruckers taking up for the pos co.s.
Grass. you gotta be kidding me.
Just an excuse to fire someone so they can get another newb in his seat, for the cheap pay, and possibly whatever tax breaks or whatever these co.s get for training rookies.addrenjunky, finbyrd and truckthatpassesyouby Thank this. -
Lets say that the little boy down the street has already broke two "small" windows while throwing baseballs with other neighborhood kids.... within the last six months. The game is being hosted in your yard this week. Do you really want that kid throwing the ball around your windows Saturday afternoon?
I don't think so, especially, if you have choices of which 10 kids come over.... and especially if you know you & your homeowners insurance will be responsible for replacing any broken windows.
So, its not how minor the previous incidents were, its how many previous incidents there were. Its not how minor they were, its how major the next one may be.
With 100 applications laying on the desk, why would anyone pick you over drivers with six months experience, that hasn't had any incidents?91B20H8, TLeaHeart, Sneakerfix and 1 other person Thank this. -

1 week of training thought it was 3 to 4 weeks at SNI but anyway you had 6 months to learn how to drive.
Go find a 2nd chance company and work for them for 5 to 6 months. FBF and Carolina cargo won't care I'm sure it's more companies like that
Running over grass can and will get you fired if the company has to pay to get it fixed most likely the company was billed for the repairs so it's on the DAC and you're employee file.
And honestly I would have hooked to the trailer and just taken it to have the tires fixed at the nearest location not have went head to head with them with me being in the hope as it is with the company.
