Anyone here pulling the Kaufman RGNs? I am looking at the 55t. Just wondering if anyone has had any problems with theirs?

I was looking at some but didn't pull the trigger. I've heard they are decent, especially if you pull it yourself. There are a couple boys around here who load them and heavy too. They seem to be doing fine. I wouldn't be afraid of one.LaComa Thanks this.

Check out Sergei Dratchev on youtube, he's a heavy haul broker and he bought a kaufman RGN and has many videos about it...cheers!LaComa Thanks this.

Thanks I have watched Sergei a good bit. From everything i have looked at they look like a good trailer. Just figured i would ask for advice on here first. Lots of experience on this forum.

There a pretty good wagon. For 7 axle configuration. Unless they have changed in the past year. You couldn't get it setup for a stinger axle. Good price compared to other well known manufacturer's. Just haven't been building the big low boy trailers to be well proven yet.

Haven't messed with any of their RGN's but was wondering if they were any better at those than they were at car hauling trailers. Have some experience with those & they were junk. Maybe they got better at those too since I hauled them.

Not as good as a trail king or Fontaine in my opinion.

we sold my fontaine in October of 2015 bought a feree trailer they are owned by talbert and built in north Carolina this is by far the best and easiest rgn to hook and unhook I have ever had ,it had a small fifth wheel on the trailer that the neck hooks into to lock . it is a 55ton with 26' in the well with third lift axle

I met Sergei in Erie, PA (I was there when he was making a video) He is an interesting guy. He likes his trailer. He had an issue with the company and they promptly gave him a new trailer. That is the kind of company I like. I seriously considered buying a trailer, but, I want something with a little more flexibility. If I didn't want extra things on the trailer, I would buy one. Price seems good and they seem helpful. Give them a call..
