I'm on a relatively easy load right now. I've got 2 CAT skid steers and an F550 crew cab on my deck. A total of 4 chains, 8 binders and 4 wheel straps. Camping out in the companies yard to get unloaded in the morning. The address is Kansas City,.. but on the map its about 30 mins north of where Kansas City actually is.
Weather channel says actual air temp of 0 with windchill of -15. Cold enough for me. They have about 2 - 3 inches of snow on the ground,.. and the narrow back roads I had to take to get here have not been plowed. So happy I bought the drive tires I have on here now. Climbed up the snowy driveway like a champ.
Double edged sword for me getting out of here. Reload taking me to much warmer Texas,.. but I have terrible luck getting good paying freight out of Texas this time of year. I do well in the summer,.. Dec - March always sucks in Texas for me.
EDIT: This is where I am right now.
