    Never said there was a law about guns in a cmv, and point 3 kinda implied that. I do belive though that ports are restricted by law, not just policy. I could be wrong on that point, but I'm sure I'm not.

    I think it's a stretch to imply anyone wanting a gun for self defense is some kind of psycho. I don't carry, but if I did, I can assure you that anyone I shot would not be an innocent victim, and would have absolutely deserved it.

    So your saying that all the people that have been killed the last few years. DESERVED TO BE SHOT????? By some psycho.

    One of them mall shootings, was in my own home city. BTW. I beleive the number killed was 10, including the psycho. By an off duty MARRIED cop. Who was later thrown in prison, for raping a young women at gunpoint.

    How about all the cops?????? Did THEY derserve to be killed???? Cuz we've had 8 last year. In my state.

    So a few bad people doing bad things ruin it for all us law abiding and constitutionally protected people?

    We are in a weird spot lately... More and more concealed carry and even open carry laws coming in to bolster our rights while some signs tell us no... For those of us for whom our truck is our home, either full time or part time, we are placed in the middle.

    Can one imagine if "freedom of religion" or "freedom of speech" was allowed and exceptible "only in the home"... Or how the press would respond if it were their rights being stepped on?

    And no, I am not a gun owner... Yet... ;-)

    Wow.... You either missed his point all together or are intentionally twisting the words into something ugly and evil to support your view of a gun owner... {shakes head}

    Easy answer... As a victim of a crime, in this case murder, they certainly did not deserve it.

    And I would support the public hanging of the (word would surely be converted) people who would shoot a cop, or any innocent person.

    Again, nice twist... ;-)

    most everywhere one visits anymore doesn't allow firearms on the property. carry it concealed at home and in your vehicle to the shooting range.

    do you hunt ?

    @MrEd never said anything at all like that. He said "but if I did, I can assure you that anyone I shot would not be an innocent victim, and would have absolutely deserved it."

    Notice the parts in red? He was speaking for himself. Not for those that have killed innocent people for no reason. You would do well to not insert words into other people's mouths. On the other hand, you'd make a great speaker for the Democrats trying to take away our 2nd Amendment rights.

    Not everyone, by any stretch, that owns guns is a psycho. And just because one wants, or feels the need, to carry a firearm does not make that person a "psycho".
