All the time. Enjoy your garbage loads heading to Ohio. And don't forget to climb on top of those juicy bails to tarp them even though no one else does, if you don't the snitches are everywhere.

No one knows. That's Western Policy and how dare you question it.

I wouldn't believe that if you gave me a years worth of checks upfront. It is more likely, at best, either or. As long as you're available to run, you get the $900, but not an additional .50 cpm after that, most likely, once you pass the minimum you'd just get your basic mileage pay. There are key words to listen for when a recruiter talks about money, the first is: average. The second is: up to. Those are very misleading words in this business, very misleading. Our drivers average so many miles a week. We, as drivers go, cool 2500 miles every week great, I'll be rich in no time. The thing about average is, it's just that. The guys at the top of the food chain are getting that, but the rest are hardly even close. The up to part, "we pay up to 50 cpm. That includes fuel bonus, safety bonus, inspection bonus, performance bonus. A whole lot of things that are hardly guaranteed, and while possible, are very hard to qualify for. The best way is to find drivers, in person, at truck stops, rest areas and so forth and talk to them and listen to what they are saying and judge for yourself. The person that makes the most difference when it comes to pay in this business is yourself. If you put the hours in and the hard work, if you go F/B, you will see good results. When I was working at Western I did make pretty decent money, the other stuff was not quite what I wanted, so after a year there I moved on to a different company. This business is all what you as a driver make it, its out there, if you go after it. If you're expecting it to just drop on your lap, this is probably not your best choice as a career
