Yeah I don't care to run like you said if you ain't moving your not making money just best in my opinion to get some advice from someone currently there and see what they say so you know or have a idea of it's for you or not

Now this is what this site is all about good truthful information. pretty much all companies are the same some treat you better all around but it's really what you put into it if your professional and put out you will do well have patients do be pissed off every day & trucking can be a great career. I just think it's great that you can get good honest info on different companies when you plan on making a change from great drivers that are out there

DO You all run some steady freight lanes . Or dedicated lanes where you know if you pick up in one place your going to the same receiver. Do you guys run out of Tn at all

Im new with this company only been here for 3 months. Ive been all over the 48 states 3 times allready. So i havent been here long enough to answer your question. We do pass through tennesee all the time though.
augiedoggie41 Thanks this. -
I "think" we may have a dedicated lane from Pa to Indiana. Maybe? But no, we are a 48 state company. I will say tho, I do MOST of my driving from I40 south. Mostly. I cross Tennessee on every interstate through there frequently. We load at a lot of the same places, for instance a meat patch load. It depends where you empty out. You'll learn what you more than likely load by where you get empty. My average length of haul is 1100ish miles.
I've said this many times. This is a "big boy" company. They're not going to hold your hand here. If you don't run hard, they will assume that you don't want to run hard. It'll all depend on YOUR relationship with your DM. They will NEVER tell you to run outlaw! However, it will BEHOOVE you to do what's needed to get the job done.
If I can ever help, don't hesitate to ask.augiedoggie41, TheFriscoKid and roadhammer123 Thank this. -

Also, what does it mean when you mention the part about running hard? I am not opposed to working 14/10 and doing it again, but I simply do not understand if it's possible to legally work more than that... If I'm not working hard enough, I'll rely on the responses to my question to help guide me onto the correct path.
Thanks in advance. -
