Speeding ticket help

No disrespect.. but thats just stupid.

No way would I just bow down and accept what ever punishment they decide is appropriate when I can afford to pay an alterntlative fine.

Its perfectly legal and within our rights.

You can take the points and fines. I will seek alternative course of action every time.

l love this argument,"I have such a mountain of wealth,l'll just go ahead a pay the attorneys fees and have him work his magic with the courts, so l wont really feel the hurt from my irresponsible behaviour,that l surely shall repeat..

We do NOT race on crowded highways or anywhere with traffic,unlike some of these idiots on crotch rockets and driving some high dollar sports car Daddy bought them!
One pass is over with in 6 or so seconds so the only life in danger is mine!...And yes...I go to the track too!

To advise the OP to just pay the ticket is just stupid man!
But yourself being "Mr Perfect" and you are so wise maybe he should listen to you!

 

I haul ### all the time in my car and I never get stopped. Perks of driving a near 20 year old Toyota.

 

I once got a 98 in a 55. I paid the fine and got 8 points on my license. In retrospect I should have gone to court. I did with a 64 in a 45 construction zone ticket and got that one deferred/dismissed after 12 months being clean.

Didn't even hire a lawyer, the judge was filling in for one of the regular judges. He was from a rural county in eastern NM and dealt with a lot of CDL holders, bullracks and such and was willing to work with me.

I find these responses hilarious........you all talk about wanting to be perceived as professionals, yet don't want to own up to the intentional acts you commit like speeding, that may jeopardize your CDL and therefore earning capacity......Is that a truly "professional" response?

Let's be real.....for every time you actually get busted fro speeding, how many times SHOULD you have been busted?

Own up to what you have done, and quit feeding the sharks.....that just breeds more of them.
