[They're "jammer910Z, post: 4630563, member: 165358"]No doubt. A real safety feature as well. That shouldn't initiate any road rage out of 4wheelers ascending the grade from a dead stop behind heavy loads.[/QUOTE]
They've figured out ways to weed out the rage. Behave or else !

I wonder who will be the very first truck ti roll through and the first one tii enter a bay for a level one?
Would it be an honor? -
Went thru there Jan 5th, looks pretty darn close to being ready. However, I gotta' tell you, Ca. is famous for building new roads or bridges or whatever and then letting them sit there coned off for half a year.
dca Thanks this. -
I think they are screwing up placing that entry port where it is. They should go back some and place the station at the top of Mountain Pass. I say this because the large problem that's going on now and has been for many years are the unsafe tour buses and their drivers. There are many that fly down the grade going into Nevada and do not have any brakes. I would hate to add up all the fatalities from those old broken down buses. But it's too late now.

The scale goes.up. Not down. Brakes not needed.

Another example of the idiocy of a state focused on improving fuel emissions, but now requiring truckers to burn more fuel pulling the grade from a standing start.

looked like that since Sept
