    I generally always book basically the same. Way I run my only issue is my 14.

    There's a crossroad before you enter the DC. So obviously I played it off like I was going somewhere else while I double backed around and hoped nobody saw what I was doing. Lol

    Running on recaps. You have too stay in the northeast or mid west and do short runs. That works for me.

    Went over to the lease section and people are actually considering Swift at $1.14 a mile (no FSC).
    One said he's going to do it and lease a used truck through Swift.

    $1.14 and having a dispatcher.
    Plus you know those won't be paid ALL miles.

    And this is whom we've been losing accounts to.

    I just, I can't even.

    Don't discourage them. Let then go.

    These are probably the guys booking the $.75/mi freight.

    Swift has been undercutting us and taking our freight, they don't need anymore cheap drivers.
    It's not a good feeling going past old good customers now filled with Swifty trailers and knowing Swift drivers are now pulling my old loads for peanuts.

    So you'd rather have those drivers working here driving OUR rates down since $1,14 is big bucks and they will pull that freight?

    If a customer is leaving based off rates then you weren't going to continue to get those rates anyway even if we kept the account.
