I got 26 years experience . I'm perfectly happy here. I get home when I'm suppose to EVERY time. Decent miles not great but it's January/February it's to be expected. On outbound loads I go where I want to of what's available, I'm left alone and dispatch team that seems to give a dam about its drivers. Great equipment, a shop that knows what it is doing. I'm not routed I fuel where ever I want. I make enough that my wife doesn't have to work my 11 year old daughter goes to a private school so yes I'm happy here.
I already know what I'm doing for the next week.
And as far as training new drivers. I will put there training program up against anyone's Trainers do no driving the student does it all. But I guess everyone came out of the womb with experience driving a truck. Ever one this forum was given a chance by someone or a company to make a career. You where not always a experienced driver.

ouch . That's not playing nice ... he thinks I'm against him cause he wants more , failing to see that there's nothing wrong with wanting , but when your sights are set sky high , there's a real good chance you're in for a let down. And all I try to point out to him is that , his standards do not necessarily make the jobs bad. It makes them bad for him.

that's not being real fair though. Great companies are a rare breed , hard to find & get into , then 10 yrs later , in a real bad economy , they go bankrupt and you have to start looking , but only the scrub companies are hiring.

No, you're just a douche. It has nothing to do with his finding a better job or not. You can't help it. Many people up north are afflicted with it. It's a condition handed down from generation to generation. Your parents were probably douches, your grand parents were probably douches, your kids are probably douches. Their kids will probably be douches.
