    As it should be..
    Even with the rates dropping like a rock in a pond..I had a good year.
    It's hard to put loads together now but it can be done.
    Green pastures are gone..time to see who can make it and who dines on dirt.

    If it was easy everyone would be a IC or O/O.

    Biggest problem for me is the good times spoiled me.
    I remember having endless choices all at good rates (in certain markets), now it's I better jump on this before I get beat to it haha.
    While it's worse here it's still better than elsewhere I've looked sooooooo can't really complain then I guess.

    Anyone know what Columbus, OH to Napoleon, OH pays? How about Vandaila, OH to Stuart's Draft, VA? Dover, DE to Tunkhannock, PA? Rome, NY to Philadelphia, PA? Savannah, GA to Stuart's Draft, VA?

    Seriously, y'all. I'm going IC after 2/22-2/25 orientation in Charlotte. I am simply trying to get started on the best possible path. Please advise.

    I am no IC but refrain from asking about specific rates etc. You are after all competing businesses.

    Rates would also depend on particular customers.

    My advice is to ask someone privately.

    All those places sucks.. except maybe Columbus and Vandalia. Seriously rates changes daily. You are coming on board at bad time. Why are you curious about those places?
