But you can't beat the ride a WS offers. Best riding truck I've ever driven. KW is a very close second. IH and Frieghtluner come in third and fourth, respectively, followed by Mack. Pete has got to be the worst in my opinion. Never drove a Volvo.

But I do agree, the 5700 dash is kind of out of place for the truck. But that same dash in my 4900ex is perfect.

Has anyone heard how the 5700's are holding up?

if it's good it won't last 2 seconds.

that load alert probably went to 100+ ICs also, probably some of which have their wife at home camping to snipe out the load in a millisecond.

Nah I didn't want the load I just wanted to see how fast it'd go. It was a good paying load... Soon as I got the alert I checked and it was gone...I was like #### lol

    yup, that's how it goes.
and for that reason I don't really use load alerts... it's too frustrating.
I only use it now to find me a half decent load home.

Speaking of...before I have to go out and actually pull out my contract...are we contracted to do empty moves in the same market? I don't remember signing anything that says that.

Drop and hook delivery. 10 miles out I get message to bobtail to next load. But instead of bobtailing out they want me to drag an empty 14 miles the wrong way to a place that takes an hour just to check in...just to add receiver said it was ok to bobtail out.

I refuse. They aren't happy with me. Try to convince me to do it. I refuse again. They remove it.

Nope, the whole new agreement thing gave Schneider trailer power if you go 100+ miles deadhead into a different market or when you go out of service.

If you book a load say 10 miles away that says drop and hook, you can follow the work within the load you booked.
If a different Schneider customer needs an MT more so than the one you booked with that's Schneider's problem, not yours. I don't play that game.

Schneider has been putting on the load board more loads that say "bobtail" / pick up loaded trailer.
I'm guessing if you book one of those loads then you're on the hook to probably get rid of your MT where Schneider tells you to.
I booked one of those loads recently when I didn't have an MT so it worked out for me.

Yeah they tried to be sneaky by assigning me a trailer before I got to the receiver so they were arguing I needed to drop my my where they needed it.

Took me a couple times to explain I hadn't hooked to an empty yet.
