Yeah, thats definitely going to take some getting used to, Hopefully i'll get a break every now and then and stay in the same truck all week. Was thinking of just using a sleeping bag for bedding until i'm assigned a truck in the future.

I've been using two throw blankets so it doesn't feel like I'm camping all week. The apu will do a good job keeping the cab toasty all night anyhow.

That's a very good adp to have only been here that long. Mine is a little higher than that. I've been here almost a year. I'm on the extra board and usually have 2-3 different trucks a week.

How long is the wait looking for you to have your own truck? Think I have another 6-12 months lol.

Ya you usually won't see an adp like that within 6 months because of the training period Bringing the number so far down. So well done

Got 7 months in I'm still on extra board and we've had multiple drivers retire, no clue when mine is coming I just hope I don't miss an opportunity while healing up

When some people retire I suppose. I think there are 7 extra board drivers and I'm at the bottom of them. I've gotten used to slip seating. I pack light so I can make a quick transfer to the next tractor. I was on a program at the dc I hired in at immediately, but when they changed their mileage requirement for drivers to live closer, I got to transfer to a dc that was only 30 miles away. I'd rather slip seat than to have that 700 mile round trip drive again. Lol

I can't seem to get mine any higher than 310. I run hard, but my last day I'm usually done early so I know that hurts my adp. I'm hoping a program opens up soon because when I get a truck all week, I seem to make more money. I'm not complaining by any means though, because my salary nearly doubled coming to Walmart. I went from working on a Walmart dedicated account with an outside carrier to a private fleet driver, which was a huge upgrade!
