Nobody is "trolling". New drivers need to know that a dispatcher is not their boss and they don't have to put up with condescension. Nor do they have to blindly obey his/her every whim.

Not to argue but that's exactly what you're doing to the op in a disrespectful tone.he's been a member here since 2013 and hasn't made many posts,i think I know why.

Any company that takes such a cavalier attitude toward a driver's hometime is far beneath me.

You seem to enjoy exercising a great degree of control over those in your employ. Whether you meant it or not, that is how your posts here are reading.

Bear this in mind. YOU may run the show in your little pond, but TTR is not your pond. Is that clear?

Furthermore, one more threatening post out of you and you can expect at a minimum to be banned from posting in this thread that you started.

    That is all.

I would advise that the rest of you try to cool it as well.

Knows what up? I think some you need to read slower and then think about what you are reading before you reply.

Union!!!!! WOW!!!!!! That makes you all knowing and all seeing? I remember my union days, didn't matter how good you was, senior guy got the gig. Even if you was better qualified.

I don't see anywhere where the OP said anything about putting up with condescension or blindly obeying whims. I DO see where he noted the repercussions of lying and the consequences of turning down loads...which is very useful info for new drivers to consider before doing either.

I'm sorry here Mack but I fail to see where he has threatened anyone.

I do see where several has insulted him and others that don't agree with them
