How do you guys drive over 200 miles without a break?

I do that all the time....Usually fuel after my first 3 hours and that covers my 30 minute break.
Then it is 8 hours hammer down until my clock runs out....You get used to it.

 

Yeah usely after8hrs it's time to go

 

And 8 hours is minimum of 400 miles and realistically 480.

 

when you get my age you scope out the next 4 hour stop on the truck stop map....lol

yes you will. Not enough drivers pay attention to their health in light of the new hours of service rules and that's a shame
