I know right. That bar code scanner won't let you cheat. It inputs all the info. So I can be real honest with myself. But also stay on top of the foods I eat.
    Preeetty awesome!

My numbers for the day. Ate a lot today for lunch. It was a late lunch so I'm still not hungry. The left numbers are the maximum, center is actual and right side still available.
Lot of protein today. More than usual since I had brisket.

Im back to work glad you like the app...you know you can just photo the bar code and it will know what it is. Ok my ex wife is a RN with a Masters degree in Nutrition and also a Certified Diabetic Educator, while this salad is under 250 cals look at the sodium level of this salad its horrible, yes less calories will cause you to loose weight in theory but you may effect your long term health with too much salt etc....but you are on the right track...good job

Well, back in the road. I totally blew it on my time of with my son and his gf. Feels like I'm starting from day 1 again. Feel bloated and have had stomach aches every time I ate something made from grains or dairy. And slept horribly.

Well tomorrow is day uno all over again. I know it was only two days of screwing up, but feels awful. Still going to weigh in Friday/Saturday to see what the damage is. And no scheduled home time until mid to late April. I do better in the truck now than around others or family. They always want to eat out. And I say Panera Bread and they're like yuck! Do they sell cheeseburgers or hot wings?

I want to run thru the house just to grab some running clothes and bike and my garmin gps devices. But now I'm fixing to head up to Maryland. Also need a run thru the shop to yank out the passenger seat and change out the inverter. It sucks. Pull 315 watts on a 1500 and over hearts in 15 minutes and shuts down w/the apu running.

Well this evening I strained my calf muscle. First mile was good, then it stayed hurting, so by 2 miles it was pretty bad. It hurts like h e double hockey sticks. Used my foam roller and put on some tight over the calf socks.
I still feel a little bloated. I think it will take a couple more days to get my routine down again. Ate too much jerky today. Don't think I will buy anymore of it. It's expensive too. I'll stick with the fruit. Picked up another cantelope and a pineapple. I like both. Weigh in tomorrow.

It's not pretty, but here's the weigh in. It could've been worse with what I ate for my two days worth my kid. I couldn't (well I could've) pass up a Texas chicken fried steak, Chinese, and of course kolache's. But I paid the price. Stomach aches, weight gain and awful sleep. I'm ready to get back with it.
The salads I've been getting at Walmart I've changed up. Now I just buy the spinach/kale mix, slice in some tomatoes, and a boiled egg with some bolthouse lite balsamic vinegar dressing. Better green's, dressing, and egg instead of chicken.

Up 4.1 lbs. That sucks! And hurt my calf also. Hurts to walk this morning. Think I just stretched it, but not pulled it. I've pulled a muscle before and makes you want to cry. So I'll have to watch my food choices closely since I can't run or walk any calories off.
Might re-weigh in the morning. Had a big breakfast and big lunch with a company driver. And a little over 80 oz of water already. 268.2 lbs. Flash knocked out last number. Last week was 264.1. Beginning weight was 278.6 20160220_123923.jpg

This is my chicken trendiest I cooked today for my salads and to just eat w/veggies. The weather where I'm heading is a too cold and a little windy for my bbq to work good so I plan in advance. Already picked grapes of the stem and put in a bowl for snacks and going to slice some celery also.
I'm feeling better since getting the junk out of my system. The calf is still a little sore. Went for a walk the other day for 1.3 miles and it was a little sore afterwards. So I'm going to not do any walking until a few more days and start off slow. I just need to follow the program on the app and not worry about the strava app right now since both don't work at the same time.
I've been staying under 1600 calories everyday. Some days are harder than others. Especially 1456257090582.jpg when I sit somewhere too long. I also like pineapple, but it's too sweet for me. It makes my stomach hurt after about 4 bite size chunks. I have a peach and a plum I'm going to try today. Not my favorite, but need more variety.
There's also a pic of my bbq. Nothing real fancy like the nice Weber I had at home.
I thought about a YouTube channel, but not sure how I could upload workout good wifi. And my phone will not do Hotspot or tethering. And the wifi in truckstops is atrocious. Lucky to sign on. It would have to be all vlog video's to use my phone. Short, like 30 seconds long. Then I could show recipes, types of exercise, food buying, prepping, etc...
And it would have to be on a time avaliable basis. For to get my loads done and get rest. Not enough sleep will kill weight lose.

    Later!

And just FYI about the bbq. I usually never have more than 3-4 tanks.

Try bbq'ing the pineapple with some spicy seasoning. The BBQ takes out some of the sweetness. The wife uses crushed chili flakes and something like Webber "Fire" seasoning. To me its really good.

Speaking of good, I stole a piece of your chicken!

1600 is pretty slim. With that app I'm tracking mine for the first time ever. Trying to stay below 1977 per day. Only blew up two days last week. Carl's sausage egg and cheese biscuits....BAMM!
