Today was a bad day. I've driven all winter on snow and ice, and god #### it a curb got me . And this will technically be my 3rd preventable.
1st one, woman drove into trailer. Some how werner pinned that on me.
2nd one was in an icy mall lot. Tapped a stop sign with trailer. No damage, no pay out. Mall manager had maintenance hang up sign and laughed about it . I called saftey to cover my ###, and they stuck it up my ### with 90 day probation.
Today, had wrong address to their nashville lot. Brand new tractor, old permit book with incorrect lot address.
Trying to turn into loves over off of 24. Kissed the curb with 43 k, bent rim. Today is bad. They may can me 1k miles away from home. Grr
Having a bad day.

If u haven't reported the bent rim, pay to have it fixed out of pocket and don't let anyone else but us know
pattyj, LindaPV and Moosetek13 Thank this. -
I already did. Werner drivers saw me
-
Doesn't matter who saw you. You said you were going into a Loves. Why would other drivers report you if it was just a rim
BostonTanker Thanks this. -
If I saw one of my fellow drivers get into a small accident, I would keep that to myself and expect him to handle his situation himself. Then again, I'm a professional and mind my own business
CrappieJunkie, tinytim, Canned Spam and 9 others Thank this. -

Somedays i miss my small companies. Pay a few bucks of it, and move on from it. For as hard as i run, I'vehad 5 incidents in 10 years .
2 were not my fault, and 3 have been with werner. It sucks cause they've been real good to me. I just hope they don't can me. -
Werner. You're screwed. That's the ONLY blemish on my DAC, "incidents" while driving for Werner on the Family Dollar account. I showed the safety director in Indy the pics of how the damage couldn't have possibly been caused by me, but "Family Dollar confirmed it", so I was put on a bus home.

Learning experience for you then unfortunately. When driving for a big company and something preventable happens and you can afford to fix it, do it. If it can be fixed without anyone knowing, do it. Otherwise every little thing goes on your record and that makes it a lot harder finding employment in the future

The second one, ###### if you do, ###### if you dont. This one, totally on me.
