I've been following you guys for quite a while, and am thinking of jumping over to Schneider this summer when my current contract ends. One question I haven't seen answered here is what is the price point for the FSC. My current contract it is based at $1.25.

FSC is whatever Schneider wants to enter into the computer lol for real.
For example I just looked at two different 500 mile loads, one has a FSC of $55 and the other at $149

It's supposed to be 100% of whatever the customer is charged. I'll leave that up to others to decide if that's what we get. Each customer is charged differently for FSC per whatever contract there may be. There is no flat rate.

I was told by a higher up at a company that I trust that NOBODY pays 100%. Doesn't matter what they say. Take that for what you want I guess. Now on percentage compensation you have the right to view invoices. Has anyone ever challenged that?

Thanks guys, follows the lines of what I was thinking as I could not get the "recruiter" to commit to an answer.

Reason I'm thinking of Schneider is the load board more than anything, just getting extremely tired of not having control of where I run. I prefer to stay in the Texas area and central midwest.

    freightwipper Thanks this.

You could do that if you wanted to, there's multiple drivers from Texas on here that mainly run that very region.

    TexasMike Thanks this.

"a company".....whatever......you're free and welcome to check the invoices. They'll be happy to provide them.

Yes, drivers on here whom joined/tried to join talked about it on this forum.
Videos on youtube that cover it as well.

Last I heard was they only allow 2 drivers per week with their own truck.
That's probably changed by now to be even more difficult being Schneider flat out told us freight is slow and they're limiting hiring.

So you've checked invoices and verified you're getting 100%?
