what company hires with accidents

does anyone know a company that will hire someone with 3 minor accidents and has 8 months exp driving

 

nothing wrong with driving my accidents wasnt my fault

 

thats what i thought to yet they still fired me because of them

 

1st backed into a utility pole because they dispatched the wrong address and i ended in a small neighbor the damage was to to the tractor bumper only. 2nd i was turning in a small pathway taking my time then another truck started coming out its spot at so i trunt more so he wouldnt hit me and clipped a rock and bent one of the rims on the trailer. 3rd i say it was my fault because i got bad phonecall when i picked another trailer and forgot i had a trailer tail and backed the leftside closed & the rightside didnt because it was broke and it damaged the customer door and the trailer even more

 

my 2nd accident i shouldnt of been driving but for some reason it took my teammate 10 hours to do 200 miles and made of us late so it was night when i was moving and when i hit the rock people at the location said people hit it everynight. i figured it would be a dark road to get off of and thank you i will do that
