The inter axle shaft from the front drive to the rear drive does not spin. Will be a couple of days before I get this one back into the shop, but I will let everyone know what I find. Thank you all for the input.

My money is on the front diff being at fault in that case.

If an axle in the front is broke the interaxle shaft wouldn't turn. Pull the long axle on the front see if you find your problems

Me too. I bet he engaged the power divider while the tires were spinning.

He didn't tell me anything. I found it when I went to move it yesterday to service it.

What they said, axle shaft or through shaft splines sheared.

I'm not familiar with the internals of your differentials but the old Rockwell SQHD were famous for strip pint the teeth off a gear in the power divider
