Change companies. Abilene Motor Express drivers don't have any problems getting plenty of miles every week. It's dry van freight. This company hires in Illinois. The drivers have a good strong thread on here and post every day.

Because turnover is so high they need to always hire to keep from falling behind the curve. It costs them very little to have a sitting idle driver ready for a load and they would rather have that than miss a load due to not having enough drivers.

Somebody like Abilene Motor Express ... No doubt they are blowing and going today, and that's great for them and their drivers, but to what end? Another Swift or Knight? We've seen this movie, many times.stayinback and jethro712 Thank this. -
